Easter Holidays Homework


After the Easter Break we will be focusing on the Tudors and their achievements. Over the Easter holidays please design and make a leaflet/ booklet about one of the following Tudor topics:

·        Tudor dress

·        Tudor food and drink

·        Tudor games and hobbies

·        Tudor medicine

·        Tudor family tree

You can make these booklets by hand or you can use Word or Publisher to design them.  We will be presenting them on the first week back.

Half term homework

After the half term, we will be returning to our 'Book Week'. In preparation for the creative writing that we will be doing in literacy, please write (on paper to hand in) a creative fiction story using the following setting:

The international jewel thief lurked in the shadows, silently waiting. She listened cautiously, contemplating whether she should make her final move.

Please develop your main character, include a descriptive setting and try to use adventurous vocabulary. Have a great half term break!
