  1. The Anglo-saxons came to Britan because it had a better climate and good land for farming even for a better life.I think they had a good influence because they came to Britain for a good positive future. Some Anglo-saxons fought in Britain and others came peacefully. There own land often used to e flooded and made lots of difficulty to farm.

  2. A reason for coming may have been because their land often flooded and it was difficult to grow crops, so they were looking for new places to settle down and farm.he Anglo-Saxons were warrior-farmers and came from north-western Europe. They began to invade Britain while the Romans were still in control. The Anglo-Saxons were tall, fair-haired men, armed with swords and spears and round shields. They loved fighting and were very fierce. Nobody knows why the Anglo-saxons came to Britian. My opinion on if the Anglo-saxons had a positive or negetive influence on Britain is that they had a negative influence on Britian.

  4. The first Anglo-Saxons raided the shores of south and east England in the fourth century but they were beaten back by the Romans. At the beginning of the fifth century, the Romans left Britain. They had not trained the British to defend themselves and so the next time the Saxons tried to invade Britain they succeeded.

The last Roman soldiers left Britain in AD 410, and then new people came in ships across a North Sea. At the beginning of the fifth century the Romans left Britain so they had not been trained. So the next it was time the Saxons tried to invade Britain. Anglo-Saxons. It took a long time to build the Saxon house. They made alphabets but they didn't spell it how it was they complete changed it. They called it Anglo-Saxon alphabets.

  6. Who Were The Anglo - Saxons?

The Angle, Saxon, and Jute are known as the Anglo-Saxons. The Angles and
the Saxon tribes were the largest of the three attacking tribes and so we often know them as Anglo-Saxons. They shared the same language but were each ruled by different strong warriors.

Why Did They Come To Britain?

The Anglo - Saxons came to Britain because they all wanted to rule Britain and and have more then one country's.Some sources say that the Saxon warriors were invited to come, to the area now know as England, to help keep out invaders from Scotland and Ireland.

  7. Anglo-Saxons:
The Anglo-Saxons were the people who used to dwell in Great Britain from the 5th century. The last Romans from Britain left in AD 410, and then the new people came in ships across the North Sea. They were Anglo-Saxons. They were a mixture of people from North Germany, Denmark and Northern Holland. Most were Angles, Saxons and Jutes. There were some Franks and Frisians too.

    Why they came to Britain:
One reason is that after the Romans left Britain not trained, the Anglo-Saxons invaded Britain which they succeeded in doing. It was it was in the second half of the fifth century and more Anglo-Saxons came to Britain to take land for themselves. Another reason is, the crops were dying and the Anglo-Saxons needed a new settlement to make new, fresh crops.

The anglo saxons had a negative influence and a postive influence to Britan. The nagative was they came to take over britan and they knoked all their buildings down and rebuilt them in there own way.
